I would like to bring you to the next level. I believe you are ready now, if you have read all my prior blogs before reaching here.
This mystical bird is depicted in many movies and folklore stories spanning from Egypt, China to Greece. The Phoenix is said to be immortal, an omen to harmony when sighted and also being a symbol of resurrection. You also come across many movies depicting stories about the Phoenix ability to self-extinguish and rebirth through its ashes. No, I am not asking you to pull a stunt like that, just read on!
To remove your negativity, you cannot be procrastinating. You need to trigger from within yourself. A strong form of energy, invoked within you, that will extinguish most, if not all your negative traits. On your ‘rebirth’, you are awaken to be a new person; someone in progression, better person than you were before. Don’t worry, this is not similar to multiple-personality disorder syndrome or also known as dissociative identity disorder (DID). You are making positive changes for yourself!
Your awakening has no more residues of your negativities. You can firmly reflect the improvements attained. How? You had a checklist of your negativities. A whole list of them. You worked on eliminating three by three as told in my blog, ‘Filter Your Habits‘. The final step takes you to the Phoenix Path©.
PHOENIX PATH© is the ability to trigger from within,

and make dynamic positive changes for yourself.
This is a skill attained through your exercise and meditation. When you work to eliminate your negativities, you need to be free of it. The crucial components of this are your body and mind. Do take note that when I say ‘mind’, it is not about your brain. It is your mental state, which is associated with your emotions, attitudes, images, thinking patterns, preconceived actions and more. The brain on the other hand becomes part and parcel of your body.
I personally know of no other natural remedy in any form of discipline, except the simplicity that is found through exercise and meditation. People sometimes argue stating that the word ‘discipline’ is harsh, where you are forced to obey a standard behavior that is found acceptable within the norms. This type of deduction, I will associate it with preconceived actions. In reality, discipline is a form of continuous consistency. Without discipline, you are not able to be consistent. With discipline, you make the right choices and through this, you are able to maintain consistency.
Exercise and meditation, coupled together, have great powers to invoke you to surrender without a fight and to benefit healthier progressions. This process is also called as ‘Self-Invocation’. You call upon your inner-self to wake up and help you align your paths with positive changes. Let me again remind you that no one can reach your inner-self except and when you do it on your own. With these changes, you will need reinforcements. Your body and mind will not fall back to your defined negativities.
This is where discipline takes its part. No one is going to ask you to be a team player and smoke a cigarette with them, when they know you have stopped smoking now. Perhaps you are asked to have a glass of liquor or to consume food not to your preference, when you have become vegetarian for health benefits, or to remove red meats from your daily dietary plans. On common occasions, a party you are attending, you need to possibly pacify your friends or relatives when you are asked to eat similar food as they. You have made your choices in life, and people around you will need to respect that, as much as you respect them too. These are some of the simplest examples I can give you.
PHOENIX PATH© MANTRA
I am who I become.
Maximus @ MaximusPrimo.com
I am reborn to be my true self.
The Phoenix Path© is your self-commitment. It is not forced on you, but it is a chosen path that you are willing to execute in free will. Only then, it becomes possible. Still not sure? Then make sure you read, ‘Impossible = I’m Possible‘. Remember the part about visualization? I hope you read them before reaching this blog. Otherwise, you may not be able to relate to all that I am saying here. You have to visualize the outcome before executing the Phoenix Path©. You regenerate yourself.
How is this possible? Your true self removes all preconceived actions. You have learned to remove extensive burdens from your body and mind. You become free of your overbearing weight in the mind which causes you to behave irrationally. You say and do things in most instances beyond your control. It is pointless to regret later. What is done, is done! Do not ponder on it anymore. From the point of your realization, make an effort to Positive Attitude changes from within.
That is why when you realize this Phoenix Path©, you free yourself. Mystical it may sound, magical the bird may be in folklores, in reality, it is a definite possible path for you to make your fruitful journey to self-improvements. You hear me saying body and mind repeatedly. Changes are possible with both tangibility. One without the other, is not able to trigger the Phoenix Path©. So, are you now ready to execute this journey?
I am not showing you something new. I am just awakening you.
