My objective here is to provide you with short write ups to help trigger the inner-self. You will need to see through these steps to Self-Realization.

1. Take the first step to say,” I WILL DO IT “.

2. The following steps will say,” I WILL FACE IT “.

3. Thereafter, you will know the self-realization to ,” I AM ABLE TO ACHIEVE IT “.

If you notice in line 2, it says ‘steps’. This is a key factor to facing your challenges. In reality, we might take a few steps behind before moving forward.

When making these backward steps, it is a cautionary move where you pause to analyze what are the challenges. Keeping focus of your goals, will allow you to find the will to drive yourself towards achieving it. This is what they say, ‘pushing yourself’.

A more familiar term used by athletes is, ‘No Pain, No Gain’. You will reprogram your thought pattern to face the pain, as you keep focus to your gain.
