This is a continuance from my earlier blog, ‘Finding Your Chi‘. If you have not read it, please do so before continuing this chapter, for you to understand further.
There are few things I wish to explain, so that you will get the grasp or the gist of energies mentioned. The exercises are the initial steps you take, as part of your personal meditation process, to make changes from within. Exercises are of course to regenerate better health, immunity and your mental developments. By combining exercise and meditation in your practice, it feeds your mind and body with more positively charged energies. At the same time, it neutralizes the negativities that you accumulate over time.
In general, without you having experienced some form of difficulties in your life, the journey to help yourself to make changes may be challenging too. Reason being that you may not have a referral point to start with your emotions. As for some, it is just a clean slate without burden, whilst for others, it is a boulder to be offloaded.
Whichever your circumstances, remember that if you wish to make changes to improve yourself, do not hesitate and proceed with it. The power of Positive Attitude has greater benefits, whist you are making changes. It is a journey you experience, so that every step of the way, you will value the progress and remain consistent with positive changes within you.
Firstly, when I said visualize your energies, you probably be wondering ‘what energies?’. In Step 1 told in my blog, ‘Finding Your Chi’, I do not mean for you to see an energy globe like what is shown in Dragon Ball, the anime television series. When you are breathing slowly, eyes closed gently and beginning to focus within yourself, you will slowly realize that you are able to find the difference in the state of your relaxation.
You may experience seeing colorful glow from darkness to orange, yellow, purple, blue and red appearing at your focal point of your eyes, when the eyelids are closed. Sometimes, these are the ability of your eyes to see beyond the eyelid, trying to focus itself from the little light it gets, depending on where you are sitting. So, most of the time, people are mislead thinking that they are seeing their aura, but in reality, the eyes are strengthening itself to keep on focusing on the smallest light. I know, many people want some form of assurance that they are doing it right and they want to see some form of energy glowing within them.
Don’t stress yourself unnecessarily.
Take your time and enjoy the journey.

Here is where I differ, as I want you to realize the Ether element. You are not pursuing to visualize what that is Finite, but what that is Infinite. This means, you are not focusing on, all that matters to you, but you are freeing yourself from all that is binding within you.
When you begin your focus with the ball of energy that I had mentioned, what this means is that, as you are thinking of putting focus, you are actually removing your thoughts on everything that you are worried or distressed about. This is your first step of the ball of energy.
The elimination processes begin step by step. As you learn to dissipate these negativities from your thoughts, you will begin to feel the emptiness within yourself. Your mind is not occupied with distractions, whether it is work or family related, financial or an argument that you had recently. None of it matters, as what you will have in your thoughts at this stage, begins to churn a ball of energy within you that burns out the negativities.
You will begin to realize, this emptiness, a void that begins its peaceful journey.
Your breath becomes even calmer and your posture more upright. Each inhalation and exhalation become slower. You can hear your heartbeat going slower too, and a deep sense of peace begins to form. When you reach near this sense of peace within yourself, you are beginning to realize the Ether element, the ‘Emptiness of Space’. You now know, the ball of energy you are visualizing, is this sense of peace, the sense of emptiness in your living space within your mind and body, your Universe. You are learning to sense your equilibrium, your vibration.
In Step 4 told in ‘Finding Your Chi’, your palms works like a source to radiation of energy loop, that begins, similar to magnetic field lines. Your mind and body loop the energy fields around you consistently.
Let’s visualize this image. The Earth, having its magnetic field lines that travels from north pole to the south pole. At the same time, the Earth, rotates eastward on its axis, approximately 24 hours a day, whilst making one complete revolution around the Sun, approximately 365.24 days. Now, imagine that you are the Earth. Your head being the north pole and your lower spine, where you are sitting is your south pole. You need the energy from your right palm to move to your left palm continuously, so that you can create a momentum for rotation, as sighted on Earth.
Wherever you are, this Earth is consistently moving eastward, rotating on its axis. If your spinal cord becomes the axis of your body, the energies from your right palm, being attracted by your left palm, creates continuous loop within yourself, whether or not, you are in tandem with the Earth’s movement.
Finally, your posture, as you are sitting, continuously moves with the dynamics of this Universe and your Sun. Are you now able to visualize this image of yourself and your energies?
The day and night that are created from the Earth’s revolution, can be reflected as your good and your bad moods, your positive and negative energies. The brightness of the Sun, the radiant energy, energizes this Earth and its living species. The balance of energies concentrated from the magnetic fields, helps the ocean salty water to generate an electric current that induces a magnetic signal. These are the acts of nature in place, in this Universe. Your mind and body, as in the center of these focal energies, is visualized within yourself.
I am not asking you to begin rotating like the Earth when you are sitting in the Lotus Position. If you begin to understand what I have explained, you will see that the energies that I am asking you to visualize, are in reality, the existence of your own imbalances in vibration. Once you are able to focus within yourself better with the exercises, you will begin to move forward in the state of total calmness. All the energies that you are focusing on, will begin to centralize, and you will invoke the Sun within you.
I hope this journey for you to experience the self-healing processes in my blogs will greatly help you find peace within yourself. You can take paracetamol to help you with your headache or body aches, but for long-term solution, you many need to find what is causing it. Once you have found the answers, it is easier for you to manage healthier mind and body, with a continuous balance of energies within yourself. Remember, invocation of your energies is harmonizing your vibration.
Patience is a virtue, and it requires self-control. You learn that by not restraining yourself, you are able move freely without hesitation.
