wise people of the past spoke about liberation from the cycle of life. This also means you are liberating yourself from negative emotions such as unjust lust, jealousy, hatred, animosity, wickedness, immorality, evil and many more.
You overcome your ignorance and motivate yourself with Positive Attitude. The path you took before in justification of your actions is realigned to self-liberation. You approach a new direction, with greater clarity and determination. When you begin to understand what is being said by self-liberation, you will know that you have reached your inner-self.
Freeing yourself from lust and hatred is not an easy task. The temptations are great, your wants and needs are more that your contentment. It is never enough, or sufficient with basic necessities. The pursuance to get more at any cost, seems the drive most people, in order to satisfy their purpose. People boggles the mind with thoughts of what is seen in the surroundings, by comparing and processing, what that should have been theirs.
Whether they had taken the effort to do what is required, does not process in their minds. They want to get most of it, if not all, effortlessly! This has also been the root of racism, segregation, cast and creed. To add fuel to fire, the extremism in woke and cancel cultures, gets lust and hatred, energized to greater proportions.
You need to give up the false beliefs you are superimposing on the way things really are. There are no external means of removing lust and hatred.
The Dalai Lama
Karma or Adharma? Will you define your living purpose, unbinding from perception or that it is a predetermined act? Either way, it is not written in a book or on your fate at birth. It is written throughout your journey by your actions and the inherent consequences, that is brought forward from such actions to yourself.
Ask yourself these questions. Why peace is so difficult to be established? Why do people of same origin, within their country, still cannot find peace and harmony without the differentiation of religion, origin and ethnicity? What is motivating them all, to keep on fighting, with continuous destructions seen generations after generations? Why are they being schooled with hatred under the pursuance of freedom that they lust for?
Is it possible for you to ask these questions, without bias and prejudice? Can you keep an open mind, free from any knowledge you had before, and find a solution to peace and prosperity?
There is no easy answer to removing negative lust and hatred. It has been part and parcel of your origin. However, like learning to manage with your temper, it is manageable. If you remove hatred from your personal emotions, you will see changes within yourself. You are not burdened with frustration, animosity, and negative thoughts that you unfortunately willed within yourself.
Lust, although made more relative to sexuality, is also a deep drive within oneself. The difference is similar to wanting something and lusting for it. With wanting something, you will reason to how and why you may be able to acquire it with reasonable justifications. When you lust for it, your pursuance is to get it at all cost. I hope you can see the difference.
If the world can free itself from lust and hatred, this blue planet, will remain green and nurtured always.
