Identify Your Productive Feelings

Did you by any chance realize in the previous blogs, when I brought you step by step to the Positive Attitude Success Pyramid© and Phoenix Path©, that there is a special element which plays along to lead your body and mind? It’s your feelings. In Phoenix Path©, I told you I am bringing you to the next level. In this chapter, I am introducing the elementary part of leading yourself with Positive Attitude, which is your feelings. You need to feel good inside, from and within you.

This also leads back to me emphasizing how important it is for you to meditate. Let me now bring you to the next level on realizing what is working around you. ‘It’s your vibration’. We all have it, our surroundings, the environment, this planet and the solar system, the universe, light or dark matter. It is basically begins with vibration.

Your body, being a molecular construct, the DNA, is part of a long chain of atomic compositions consisting hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus. I am not going to teach molecular biology here. I am going to show you something that you are basically aware of. If you take an empty tin with a cover, begin to heat it up, at some point, the cover will pop open. This is due to energized molecules of air within the tin. Similarly, if you are able raise the vibration within yourself to a suitable level, it will provide you with gains to Positive Attitude. This is one of the reasons I keep mentioning about self-realization.

I am not talking about spirituality, religion or faith to increase your feel-good process. Neither am I asking you to be a monk, a nun, a Sadhu or practice to be celibate. There is nothing wrong with these paths for the limited few. You do not need to isolate yourself. You are born in this world with a purpose, with great potentials and unlimited opportunities. Overcome the thought barriers, stay strong with your visualization and the images will bring forward realities.

I want you to be unrestricted and to maximize your potentials. I have told you before, you were already living with some form of bias leading you to Preconceived Actions. You will need to see and feel yourself first as who you are; a plain white cloth, unadulterated, without any spots, no stitches towards its edges, no shape or size. Just visualize it first.

People like me who are very intrigued with this universe, sees the clear sky, on a very dark night, where billions of stars dance in excitement. I picture each star, which can be another Sun, to be the spark within me, shining bright on daytime and the moon radiating the nights with its glow. That is my vitality to self-energizing. You can choose to do any or none. You can find your own happy place.  

How many times have you said to yourself, “ I am feeling good! ”. When you are feeling good, you feel motivated to undertake your tasks. You feel energetic and inspired too. It all boils down to your feelings. When you are working up the ladder of Positive Attitude Success Pyramid©, you keep feeling better. You will understand what it means to ‘Be Good, Do Good’. I am not asking you to be goody-two-shoes, if you know this expression.

Live your life, enjoy every moment of it
by being aware of what you do, when you do it.

Have you heard of ‘pay-it-forward’? A simple act of kindness by paying someone’s drink when you are buying coffee for yourself, buying a meal for someone homeless, donating to charity, group-sponsor amongst friends to pay a student college fee and many more examples that you can easily think of. When you do something without the need to put yourself in great difficulties, in voluntarily out of your own free will, you will feel good, since you do good. That is your reward. A nice feeling from within.

Shall we go back to your vibration for a moment? When you have excitation, your frequency spikes. What you do during meditation, is learning the ability to control the amplitude in your vibration, to remain at a level to which you become comfortable and well balanced, within your body and mind. In depth studies to this, talks about brain waves and its frequencies. Again, I do not want to psychoanalyze you at this moment, as it is really not needed.

When you breath in a calm state, you will be able to sense the difference. When you have your eyes closed, you shut your distractions and start to visualize your projection within the initial dark space. That’s where you bring your mind to your happy place. A word of indemnity; smoking pot is not an idea leading to your happy place; you are not Snoop Dogg, the rapper. I am asking you to be free from all external influences, just you and you alone, being able to slowly but surely focus your happy place when you are meditating. Upon being successful at it, you will find your good feelings too.

Yes, your bad feelings will prevail itself when you are meditating. It will provoke thoughts of your unfavorable experiences time to time. You in return will learn to recalibrate your senses during this process by channeling your energies to ‘Be Good, Do Good’. By doing so, you will invoke your ability to undertake tasks better, communicate more efficiently, visualize your approaches at work and life to fulfill your dreams.

Channeling your feelings is not something overly complicated. When you start looking at things with simple thoughts, difficult tasks become easier to accomplish. Do not over complicate things around you when in fact, there is no need to do so. Remember, whatever you do, you are mostly doing it by your feelings. When you are able to sense the good feelings, it will surely eliminate most of your bad feelings too, if not all together.

I am being sensible here, as I do not expect a quick result in your ‘cure’. When you mold someone, it takes time. However, when you mold them right, the result remains within them. They also have learnt that by molding themselves, they will be willing to mold another to Positive Attitude.

Sharing a lifetime experience is part and parcel of being human. It is your gift to help others.
